Fortes Group
When Qics and Fortes merged to form the Fortes Group, a new company was born with a shared vision. However, their brand identities were not yet consistent across the board. Two identities needed to be unified into a single, clear, and recognizable brand.

The strategic core
Fortes wanted a brand that would also make the merger tangible from a strategic perspective: a single, clear positioning and a unified visual identity. The challenge lay in merging two existing identities into a consistent brand that inspires confidence and is scalable for future growth.
The need was therefore not only visual but also substantive: a clear and well-thought-out foundation that guides all communication. No unnecessary complexity, but a strong, recognizable identity that rings true in every communication and presents the brand professionally.

From idea to identity
We tackled this project in close collaboration with Fortes, continuously coordinating and refining our approach throughout the entire process. Rather than locking everything down from the start, we took an iterative approach: designing, testing, refining, and honing our work based on feedback.
We structured the information architecture around the various specializations within Fortes. We also ensured that the website was approached from the outset as a synergy between design and marketing. This allowed us to build a logical structure right from the start and make choices that make sense both visually and functionally.

One brand
We carried out a complete rebranding that serves as the foundation for all communications. This began with a new logo, including a logo animation, which immediately established a strong and recognizable visual starting point.
From there, we further developed the identity into a comprehensive brand guidelines manual, ensuring that the brand rules are clear and applicable to every communication. We translated this foundation into a completely new website, social media templates, and various merchandise.
Everything was developed with a single vision in mind: a brand that is consistent in every detail and consistently delivers the same quality and image at all times.
