concept & creative direction
Based on our discussion, we determine the creative direction. We consider the style, tone, visual identity, and how illustration and animation complement each other. This is the stage where we make decisions that will ensure your content has a single, recognizable, and consistent look and feel.
Script & visual story
If a clear narrative is needed, we develop it into a script. At the same time, we’re already thinking visually: how do we translate each step of the story into images? This creates a clear structure in which text and visuals reinforce each other rather than overlap.
Storyboard & illustration style
We turn the script into a storyboard: a visual outline of the entire flow. At the same time, we develop an illustration style that matches your brand. This way, you’ll not only see what happens, but also what it will look like—from composition to character design and level of detail.
Illustration & animation production
Now it’s time to create. Our illustrators build the entire visual world, from elements to characters and scenes. Then our animators bring everything to life with movement, timing, and rhythm. Everything is carefully coordinated so that the visuals and the story come together as a cohesive whole.
Audio, finishing touches & optimizations
