As a sustainable advertising agency, Corporate Social Responsibility is of the utmost importance to us. We operate according to the People-Planet-Profit principle. Internship
In every unit, we offer interns a unique opportunity to get to know our industry. We involve these students as full-fledged members of the team, tailored to their level of experience. As a result, it often happens that a follow-up internship is also carried out with us.

Just graduated but haven’t gained enough work experience yet? Then a start-up grant might be exactly what you’re looking for. We offer recent graduates the opportunity to gain work experience with us through a start-up grant. During this traineeship, you’ll develop skills and increase your chances in the job market.

At The Dare Company, we believe that strong marketing and sustainable business practices go hand in hand. That’s why, as a marketing agency, we make conscious choices in the way we work. We use 100% green energy, print on FSC-certified paper whenever possible, and work with you to find smart digital solutions that reduce unnecessary printing.
In addition, we provide our custom stationery designs in digital Word format, making it easy to use for quotes and invoices. These may seem like small choices, but together they make a big difference.

That’s why The Dare Company supports various charities and initiatives that contribute to a better living environment for people, animals, and nature. Breath Care for Kids
Breath Care for Kids is dedicated to improving the lives of street children in Georgia, Ukraine, and Romania. Unfortunately, there are still many children living on the streets, so the work of Breath Care for Kids is desperately needed! That is why we support this foundation in its mission to offer children a future, regardless of their skin color, religion, or background.
Dutch CAA Foundation
We also sponsor the Dutch CAA Foundation. CAA is a disease that occurs in the small blood vessels of the brain, which can ultimately lead to brain haemorrhage and infarctions. This foundation is committed to creating attention for this disease and raising money for more research.
Stichting Hartekind
We support the Hartekind Foundation with SEO and SEA activities. They want to increase the chances of survival of children with heart defects by financing research. The Hartekind Foundation was set up by parents from the Patients' Association for Heart Disorders to fund this vital research.
Mother & Child Foundation
This beautiful foundation is committed to the people of Bangladesh and we are happy to support it. They strive for a better living environment for mothers and children by doing research, taking several actions and by providing education. We are proud that we have been able to contribute to a better living environment for this population!
Stichting BOWI
Bowi, a 19-year-old boy with multiple disabilities, is the reason this foundation was established. Through this foundation, the founders aim to improve the lives of people with multiple disabilities. They do this by organizing various group projects, including special therapies.
Stichting Rotterdam Mooier Maken
Every year, the Rotterdam Mooier Maken Foundation selects one social cause to which it commits. To make this financially possible, the foundation organizes campaigns and activities to achieve its goals. But the foundation also works hard every year to raise funds. That’s how we make Rotterdam a little bit more beautiful together!
Stichting ANDERS
Giving makes you rich—that’s what this wonderful foundation stands for! Among other things, the foundation is dedicated to building and supporting new ANDERS networks. It creates connections between vulnerable people, as well as local entrepreneurs who take action through their products, services, or talents. It’s something we’re happy to be a part of.
