Bringing heritage into the present
With 165 years of history, RH Marine has a brand deeply rooted in craftsmanship and maritime innovation. The challenge, therefore, was not to reinvent the brand, but to consistently and powerfully translate that existing identity into all communications. Every touchpoint had to convey the same quality, befitting the brand’s status and history.
From brand to visual system
We started with the core of the brand and examined how RH Marine presents itself in different situations. Based on this, we developed a visual system that is scalable and remains applicable across a wide range of contexts.
Within this system, we then developed a series of visuals that further bring the identity to life. From recruitment campaigns to general brand communications: each design is tailored to the target audience and context. In this way, every communication forms a logical part of a larger whole.

The anniversary magazine
To mark RH Marine’s 165th anniversary, we created a special anniversary magazine. The magazine was entirely dedicated to the company’s history, people, and evolution over the years.
Our in-house copywriters conducted interviews with current and former employees and stakeholders, and used this material to build the editorial content. The result was a narrative that looks back on 165 years of craftsmanship.
Our designers then laid out the magazine based on the visual style. The content and design were closely coordinated to ensure that text and imagery form a cohesive whole that does justice to RH Marine’s identity.
Exhibition stand design
At trade shows and events, there’s little time to make an impression. That’s why we designed exhibit booths that immediately convey the essence of RH Marine: clearly positioned and visually compelling.
