That sticks

Buitengewoon B.v.
Buitengewoon B.V. specialises in the construction, repair and maintenance of asphalt and other outdoor solutions. It focuses mainly on the B2B market, working for clients who put quality and reliability first.
The brief
Buitengewoon wants to keep growing and get more out of its website. After a successful SEO partnership, the question was: how do we make the most of existing traffic and move more visitors through to an enquiry or contact moment?
In asphalt, civil engineering and infrastructure, clients don't make snap decisions. That creates opportunities to support and nudge visitors at the right moments throughout the customer journey. So we looked at how to align the website more closely with visitors' needs and intent through CRO (conversion rate optimisation).
The challenge
Buitengewoon operates in a market where decisions aren't made on impulse. B2B clients compare suppliers, consult internally and weigh up their options before submitting an enquiry. The challenge was bridging that gap: how do you make the step from interest to enquiry as easy and low-friction as possible, even within a long decision-making cycle?
Our approach
Strategic CTA placement
We reviewed where buttons sit across the website and repositioned them to the moments when a visitor is ready to take action. Applied consistently on every page, this creates a more direct path to contact.
sharper ctas
We tightened the copy on buttons and lead capture points so it matches what a visitor needs at that moment. A clear, compelling CTA is the difference between a drop-off and a click-through.
conversion-focused page flow
We restructured pages with the conversion path as the starting point. Content and action points are sequenced so visitors are guided naturally to the next step, without it feeling forced.
The Results
The changes are working. Buitengewoon has seen strong growth in conversions, both quarter on quarter and year on year.
